Any fashion, clothing accessory, or hairstyle that distracts from the spiritual atmosphere or presents a safety risk will
not be permitted. This includes, but may not be limited to, plunging necklines, bare midriffs, short shorts, brief swim wear,
short dresses, or immodestly tight apparel.
The standard for acceptable length of shorts will be the camper's fingertips when the arms are fully extended downward. Shorts
should have at least a 4-inch inseam. The Dean will determine (on a case-by-case basis) which is the more modest.
Shirts designed as underclothing may not be worn in public. See-through clothing, such as sheer blouses, may not be worn.
Spaghetti-strap tops are no permitted.
All pants should be worn at the waist (no sagging) and undergarments should not be visible.
Clothing and other accessories with advertising of such things as alcoholic beverages, drugs, sexual implications, or with
pictures or writing in poor taste, such as, but not limited to, secular concert t-shirts, may not be worn.
Footwear must be worn and securely fastened to the feet at all times. (Accidents caused by, or resulting from, not wearing
or from wearing unsafe footwear might no be covered by insurance.)
Only one-piece bathing suits are permitted, with no exceptions. Both the Dean and the Lifeguard shall have the authority to
require that a dark colored shirt be worn over any immodest swimwear of females. Males with immodest swimwear will be required
to put on an acceptable pair of shorts. Except while swimming, males must wear a shirt in public at all times.
